This wedding was a special wedding because it was close to my heart. The bride Becca is my cousin! I was super happy and honored when she asked me to be her photographer at her wedding and of course I said YES! Her wedding was on this beautiful farm (with the best food let me add). She did a great job putting all the little details together. Her sister put in some hard work with all the flower arrangements that she did! It all came together just perfect! The damper of the day was the fact that the ceremony wasn't going to be outside in front of the amazing red barn that Becca and Ryan had hoped for. But at the very last second we all pulled up the radar and Becca put her foot down and said "nope, its going to be outside." I am very glad that she moved it, because the view was so pretty.
The bridal party was great to work with the boys were hilarious and the girls were very sweet (makes it easier when two of the girls are my cousins too). I have to say when I walked Becca out to do a first look with Ryan, it was when I really saw how much Becca really loves Ryan it was adorable. She was walking beside me and tearing up and so nervous. And Ryan is a sweet guy during the entire portrait time with them it was REALLY hot out. As much as Ryan would love to be drinking a beer and be inside with the AC he was such an amazing sport. He made Becca laugh, helped carry her dress, and did whatever she needed to make her stress level stay low. When we did the twirl photos at the end of the night I was cracking up because Becca was so confused why I had her spinning in circles but I promised her it would look pretty, with the beautiful sunset behind them and them laughing at each other, it turned out beautiful! You could tell that they had an amazing day together with friends and family. We were all so happy to see them get married and start the next chapter of their life together...
. Becca and Ryan I wish you nothing but the best in your marriage!
CONGRATS AGAIN RYAN & BECCA!
